Do you know what stresses you?
Do you find it difficult to know how to improve your life?
Do you want to realise your true potential?
Do you want your employees to work to their true potential?

We can help answer these questions through our specialist products CircleSafe and Steps for Success. We recommend the combination of these tools which is particularly effective for organisations.

CircleSafe is our ‘life’ test confidential questionnaire tested for validity and  reliability for helping you to find out what stresses you. It can be stand alone or better still combined with our Success Program.

Our Steps for Success program is a series of books and an online program providing you with proven psychological tips for realising your true potential and improving your overall well-being.

The philosophy behind CircleSafe

Before you can confidently manage and deal with your stress you need to find out what stresses you and pinpoint the areas that are causing you the most harm.

The CircleSafe confidential ‘life’ test is more than a stress questionnaire it starts you on your journey to make a stress free life your goal. It is not a magic wand, but it supplies you with knowledge; a starting point with recommendations on how to  equip yourself to tackle the ups and downs of everyday life which is a major contributor to the stress problem.

Once you find out what stresses you, you need solutions and this is where our Steps for Success program comes in. It is a series of books as well as an online program providing proven psychological tips for helping you realise your true potential and improve your overall well-being.

The combination, in academic terms, is a bio-medical software program. It is a revolutionary approach to personal development helping individuals realise their true potential.

When combined CircleSafe/Steps for Success provides organisations with a method of helping employees work to their true potential thereby benefiting both the individual and the organisation and of course by law:-

‘It is the duty of all employers to ensure that their employees are not made ill by their work. Where stress caused or made worse by work leads to ill health, employers must assess the risk. (HSE Guidance Nov 2001)

CircleSafe covers the required areas of the  HSE’s Management Standards relating to stress, namely:-

  • Demand
  • Support
  • Control
  • Role
  • Relationships
  • Change

but our founder, Patricia added sections on general health, general stress as well as coping and managing stress items.

Our research is ongoing and the result of the initial trial in a large public sector organisation are published in British Psychological Society Journal (2003)

‘Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour modification and Humanistic treatment interventions are long established, as is there increasing use through integrated, eclectic programmes. What are relatively new are attempts to offer such provision online. This study assessed the effectiveness of one such online stress management program’

Our Mindcircles combination of CircleSafe and Steps for Success where individuals use proven psychological strategies showed reduction in absenteeism and increase in morale, self confidence and esteem of individuals resulting in overall well-being of the organisation.

Employees who are struggling in the workplace impact on others and helping them is and can be onerous on line managers and Human Resource staff. Mindcircles can step in and help those employees realise their true potential thereby benefiting the individual and the organisation.
